Business Head - Switches

:

• Own the P&L and overall business performance for the Switches & Switchgear category.
• Develop and execute the business strategy and growth roadmap for the category.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share and contribution margin growth.
• Build and execute the product and category strategy, including product launches, portfolio expansion and pricing.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and channels for business expansion.
• Lead national sales and distribution strategy, including distributors, dealers, retailers and modern trade.
• Strengthen channel coverage and expand the distribution network across existing and new markets.
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams on brand positioning, ATL/BTL, trade marketing and consumer activation.
• Monitor competition, market trends, pricing and product movements and translate insights into business actions.
• Drive new product development in line with evolving customer and market requirements.
• Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, supply chain and finance teams to ensure business efficiency and availability.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing sales, marketing and category team.
• Establish business KPIs and ensure regular tracking of revenue, margins, market share, distribution and productivity.
• Develop strategic relationships with key distributors, dealers, architects, contractors, builders and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for geographical expansion and new channels.
• Present business performance, forecasts and strategic initiatives to the senior leadership team.
