General Manager - Strategy - Consulting

Roles & Expectations:

• Own the definition, design, and execution of key goals for Drivers and Delivery Experience.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact levers across the driver lifecycle, i.e. acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention, while designing for fleet stability and platform stickiness.
• Research, think and execute bold, scalable industry-first ideas with a strong focus on near-term (0 - 3 month) outcomes.
• Build and own dashboards to track key input and output metrics across initiatives to ensure faster iterations.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Supply, and Analytics to drive execution, define clear ownership and accountability, and ensure progress through weekly reviews and delivery against monthly targets.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in Consumer Strategy, Category Management, or Tier 1 consulting firms.
• Strong first-principles thinking, with the ability to form hypotheses, learn from past experiments, and design effective solutions.
• Data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret trends, remove biases, and derive actionable insights.
• Solid business acumen with a P&L mindset, including understanding trade-offs and the impact of decisions across key levers.
• Strong execution rigor with a bias for action, while being comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.
• Effective communicator, able to work seamlessly across stakeholders of varying functions and seniority.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional setups, managing dependencies across peers, seniors, and junior team members to deliver outcomes.
