SAP FICO & RAR Consultant - IT

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO and RAR Consultant to join our dynamic delivery team across our key hubs in Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Bhubaneshwar, and Karnataka. In this capacity, you will serve as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between complex financial business requirements and robust technical solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams, global stakeholders, and client leadership to architect and deploy end-to-end Revenue Accounting and Reporting solutions. Your work will directly influence the financial integrity and regulatory compliance of our clients, ensuring seamless revenue recognition processes that drive accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end SAP RAR solutions to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards for diverse global clients.

- Lead the configuration and customization of SAP FICO modules within S/4 HANA environments to streamline financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Manage complex SAP integrations between RAR and upstream systems such as SD, CRM, or legacy billing platforms to ensure data integrity and accurate revenue streams.
- Conduct detailed business process workshops with stakeholders to translate financial requirements into scalable technical blueprints.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and post-implementation support to resolve critical system bottlenecks and enhance overall financial reporting performance.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and SAP FICO, with a deep understanding of the integration points within the S/4 HANA landscape.
- Proven ability to lead full-cycle SAP implementations, managing project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder expectations with precision.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration in a hybrid or distributed work environment across multiple regional offices.
- A solid academic foundation in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by a track record of continuous learning in evolving SAP technologies.
- Minimum 5 - 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver high-impact financial solutions.
