Job Description
- Conduct clinical assessments, patient examinations, and detailed history taking.
- Develop and implement treatment plans under consultant supervision.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Ensure timely review of admitted patients and inpatients.
- Attend and manage medical emergencies promptly.
- Stabilize critically ill patients and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Coordinate with consultants for complex and high-risk cases.
- Participate in Code Blue and emergency response activities.
- Conduct ward rounds independently and with consultants.
- Review laboratory, radiology, and diagnostic investigation reports.
- Ensure timely execution of consultant orders and care plans.
- Coordinate transfers, referrals, and discharge processes.
