Junior Executive - Sales & Marketing

 4.0 Visiting 8-10 doctors regularly.

 4.1 Daily reporting of sales activities in the prescribed formats as instructed by the superior, from time to time.

4.2 Detail all the services of the hospital to referral doctors and ensure footfalls (inpatient and outpatient).

 4.3 To prioritize clients and keep track of the competition.

 4.4 To implement marketing strategies as undertaken from time to time.

 4.5 Updating and altering effective list of referral doctors time to time with all relevant information (e.g. name, phone no., e-mail id, address etc.). 

 4.6 To maintain absolute integrity with the organization and its members.

 4.7 To use and maintain all office equipments appropriately, especially those issued exclusively to him.

4.8 To maintain pleasant disposition at all times and be willing to attend to need of clients of the hospital beyond his duty hours.

 4.9 To organise himself and his office for effective response.

 4.10 Initiating contacts with the doctors of all the specialities e.g. General Physicians, Medicine Specialists, Cardiologists etc. and briefing them about the facilities available in the Clinic and in the Hospital.

4.11 Liasoning with the General Physicians to ensure that they are aware of all the latest therapies and new services introduced in the Clinic and the Hospital.

4.12 Co-ordinating with the in-house doctors, Patient Services and other operational staff, to ensure that the patients referred by the external doctors receive quality service.

4.13 Coordinating with the doctors and administrative staffs of Apollo Clinic (within the territory) to ensure quality service to the patients and to share information about hospital services and new introductions to all the clinic doctors.

4.14 Organizing and supervising the arrangement of effective (in terms of brand building and patient generation) Camps and Health Talks in association with different organizations. 

4.15 Organizing CMEs and ensure the attendance of doctors of relevant fields and following up with them to ensure optimum patient referral and loyalty.

•  4.16 To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
•  4.17 To be aware of departments performance and objectives.
•  4.18 To carryout data collection/support in data collection.

 4.19 To adhere to the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staffs safety rules.

 4.20 Obeying HR Policies.

 4.21 To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
