About the role: We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer / AI Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-driven solutions. This role will focus on intelligent automation, document intelligence, knowledge management, and enterprise-scale AI applications that drive operational efficiency and business value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise business applications.
- Build and deploy applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and agent-based frameworks.
- Develop AI-powered solutions for document processing, information extraction, knowledge management, recommendation systems, virtual assistants, and conversational AI applications.
- Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, domain experts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Support the deployment, optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications in production environments.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and adoption across the organization.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technical disciplines.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks and platforms such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, or similar technologies.
- Experience developing applications using FastAPI, RESTful APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, AI agents, and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with AI solution deployment, model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or experience within the HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial engineering domains.
- Familiarity with engineering systems and components such as Compressors, Motors, Heat Exchangers, Valves, and related technical products.
- Experience working with engineering data, Bills of Materials (BOMs), product structures, technical documentation, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
- Experience developing AI solutions for engineering, manufacturing, product development, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
- Passion for innovation and applying AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
