Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kodanad, Perumbavoor, for a Digital Marketing & Brand Manager. The role involves strategizing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, overseeing content creation for digital campaigns, developing marketing strategies, implementing SEO strategies, analyzing market trends, and monitoring overall brand performance. The Digital Marketing & Brand Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with the brands overarching goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Demonstrated ability in brand management, content creation, Lead generation, strategy and campaign execution
• Strong skills in data analysis, market research, performance tracking, and improving sales
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Perumbavoor and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
