Builder - Analytics

Cars24 is building an AI-first collections ecosystem. As a Builder-Analytics, you will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and AI - owning the analytical layer that powers decisions across digital collections, field operations, GPS tracking, and AI-driven automation. You will not just report numbers - you will build systems that make those numbers move.

What will you drive

• Own L1/L2 metrics across Digital, Charges, GPS, AI, and Visits verticals

• Drive Resolution and BAU dashboards for collections performance monitoring

• Own analytical deep-dives across visit planning, Repo vs No-Repo, and post-bounce segmentation

• Enable day-on-day incentive payout tracking and anomaly detection across collector segments

• Own schema definition and data stitching of alternate data and interaction history into the AI memory layer

• Ensure data quality and freshness SLAs across all onboarded sources before AI consumption

• Curate feature sets and validate AI outputs for collections automation.

Who are we looking for

• 3+ years in analytics, decision science, or business intelligence

• Strong in SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools

• AI native - has built or automated workflows using AI tools

• Experience in collections, risk, or fintech is a plus

• Can own data quality SLAs and ensure readiness for AI consumption

• Builder mindset - your job is to automate your job.
