Role: Associate / Senior Associate - Sales Operations (Hunting)

What youll do:

• Onboard new Inbound merchants , understand their requirements, and suggest the best payment solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell other payment solutions to new and existing merchants.
• Maintain relationships by fulfilling clients requirements.
• Identify gaps and resolve issues to ensure faster merchant onboarding and smooth merchant transactions.
• Execute retention plans for churned merchants on a monthly basis.
• Maintain brand visibility across the payments market.
• Update merchants about applications, handle daily reports, and provide status updates.
• Handle day to day new and existing merchant queries and provide best possible solutions

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• 1-4 years, relevant experience in Hunting and selling, from Fintech background, preferably online payments
• Has fair understanding of payments space
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements
