Cashfree - Associate Director - People Analytics & Operations

Role Overview:
- 10 - 15 years of experience across People Operations, HR Operations, HR Analytics, and HR Transformation.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in HR dashboards, reporting and people analytics.
- Experience working with HRIS, HR technology platforms and HR data.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
- Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with GenAI, automation or AI-powered HR solutions.
- Ability to convert business/HR problems into data, technology or AI-led solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
