Cashfree - Manager/Senior Manager - Community & Ecosystem Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous engagement initiatives to build Cashfree's brand and positioning within the startup ecosystem.
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact micro-events such as roundtables, panel discussions, founder meetups, and networking sessions.
- Develop and manage podcasts, thought leadership initiatives, and content collaborations featuring founders, investors, and industry leaders.
- Build strong relationships with venture capital firms and actively engage with portfolio companies to drive strategic partnerships.
- Represent Cashfree at VC, startup, and ecosystem events to enhance brand visibility and create business opportunities.

- Create and execute proprietary Cashfree ecosystem programs and flagship events in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Design and manage accelerator programs, founder workshops, and startup enablement initiatives.
- Identify and execute sponsorship opportunities, including startup awards, industry conferences, and ecosystem events.
- Forge strategic partnerships with venture capital firms and ecosystem stakeholders to support startup growth initiatives, including funding cohort merchants.
- Identify and onboard influential speakers, founders, investors, and industry leaders for Cashfree events.
- Drive sponsorships and collaborative initiatives with VCs and other ecosystem partners to maximize Cashfree's reach and impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong understanding of the Indian startup and venture capital ecosystem.
- Proven experience in partnerships, ecosystem development, community building, events, or startup programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute large-scale engagement initiatives from ideation to delivery.
- Strong communication, networking, and project management capabilities.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups and innovation.
