New Product Development Head - FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities aligned with business strategy and market needs
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, validation, development, launch, and scaling
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to define product vision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality products
• Define product requirements, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies
• Drive MVP development, testing, and iteration based on user feedback and data insights
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and continuously optimize product offerings
• Work closely with leadership to align product initiatives with company goals
• Manage stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of product milestones
