Front Office Receptionist In Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Reception & client handling
• Greet pet parents warmly and assist them with appointments and inquiries
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in clients
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and doctor schedules
• Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Billing & documentation
• Generate bills for consultation, treatment, pharmacy, and diagnostics
• Handle cash, UPI, and card payments accurately
• Maintain daily reports for revenue and patient visits
• Manage patient records and data entry in hospital software
• Coordination
• Coordinate between doctors, pharmacy, lab, and grooming/boarding if applicable
• Schedule surgeries, vaccinations, and follow-up reminders
• Maintain stock of front office stationery and receipts
• Hospital operations
• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Maintain pet records, vaccination cards, and discharge summaries
• Support in marketing activities like social media posts, feedback collection
