Job Title – Finance Sr Analyst
About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Rent Management to support lease administration and rent management activities for a commercial real estate portfolio. The role involves interpreting lease agreements, managing rent-related financial obligations, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do

• Review and interpret commercial lease agreements, including rent structures, escalations, amendments, and critical lease dates.
• Manage rent payments, billing activities, and lease-related financial obligations such as CAM, operating expenses, and taxes.
• Analyze rent rolls, variance reports, and lease data to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Support lease lifecycle activities, including renewals, extensions, and amendments.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, landlords, and finance teams to resolve lease and rent-related queries.
• Maintain accurate lease records in lease management systems and ensure adherence to SLAs and process controls.
  

What Youll Need

• Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements including rent structures, escalation clauses, and lease lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and lease accounting principles.
• Proficiency in lease management systems such as Sequentra, CoStar, Lease Harbor, and related tools.
• Ability to analyze rent rolls and variance reports, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
• Understanding of financial components (rent, CAM, escalations) and critical lease dates and their business impact.
• Effective prioritization and time management skills with adherence to SLAs in a high-volume environment.
