Job Description

    As an HR Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing training materials for new employee orientation and conducting sessions to introduce current staff members to new company policies. Your typical duties will include identifying the training needs of the organization, communicating employee progress to direct supervisors, managing employee schedules during the onboarding phase, conducting one-on-one training sessions with new staff members, designing tests to assess employees" knowledge of organizational standards, and evaluating feedback on the efficiency of the training procedure.
    In addition to the training responsibilities, you will also be expected to perform basic HR duties. This full-time Night Shift position requires you to work from the office. The job types available are Full-time and Permanent. The benefits include paid sick time, and there is a yearly bonus offered. The work schedule is a fixed shift from Monday to Friday during the Night shift (US shift).
    Applicants are required to have a minimum of HR experience. Proficiency in English is also required for this position. Shift availability is limited to Night Shift. The work location is in-person.
