We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant with mandatory Inter CA (Any Group Passed) qualification and proven experience in the Real Estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, project accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliances while supporting management with financial insights and controls.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Handle project-wise accounting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition.
• Monitor construction costs, land acquisition expenses, and project budgets.
• Maintain records of customer advances, receivables, and collections.
• Track project profitability and support management reporting.

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Manage GST reconciliations, input tax credits, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Review and process vendor payments.
• Monitor customer collections and outstanding balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.

• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Inter CA (Any Group Passed) – Mandatory
• 5+ years of accounting experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in project accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, ERP systems, and Advanced MS Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with real estate ERP software will be an added advantage.

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
• Inter CA (Any Group Passed) – Mandatory.
