Experience & Knowledge

1. Strong background in SharePoint Onlineand Microsoft 365(M365) ecosystem
2. Experience designing and implementing SharePoint intranetswith a focus on user experience (UX) and branding
3. Understanding of corporate communicationsand marketing needsfor intranets
4. Experience working with marketing teamsto align design with corporate branding
5. Knowledge of information architecturefor structuring and organizing intranet content
6. Experience with content managementstrategies in SharePoint
7. Strong UI/UX experience in building user-friendly and visually appealingSharePoint pages
8. Understanding of governance, security, and permissionsin SharePoint
9. Ability to integrate SharePoint with other M365 apps such as Teams, OneDrive, and Yammer (Viva Engage)
10. Familiarity with metadata tagging, search optimization, and site navigation best practices
11. Experience with customizing SharePoint without heavy reliance on codingto keep it maintainable
12. Ability to work with marketing personas and audience targetingfor personalized content

1. SharePoint Online(Modern Experience)
2. Power Platform(Power Automate for workflows, Power Apps for simple form-based applications)
