We are looking for an experienced Wedding Planner who can transform clients dream weddings into reality while delivering exceptional service from planning to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute weddings from concept to completion.
- Meet clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, budgets, and event timelines.
- Attend client meetings, venue visits, and site inspections.
- Coordinate with design, production, operations, and vendor teams.
- Manage vendors, logistics, hospitality, and event schedules.
- Ensure seamless execution on the wedding day.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently and professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest wedding and décor trends.
- Travel as required for client meetings, venue visits, and event execution.
Requirements
- check mark Minimum 4 years of experience in wedding planning or wedding event management
- check mark Strong communication, client servicing, and negotiation skills
- check mark Experience in preparing quotations and managing event budgets
