Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Indore. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding new employees, handling employee relations, developing HR policies, and coordinating training and development activities. Additionally, this role involves overseeing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to creating a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Skills in developing HR policies and coordinating employee training and development
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
