Social Media Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead and manage our social media department across multiple brands under the organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling social media strategies, content planning, team management, and overall digital brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the complete social media team, including designers, editors, content creators, and coordinators.
• Plan and execute social media strategies for all brands under the organization.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars and campaign planning.
• Ensure timely execution of reels, posts, stories, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies/influencers for smooth content execution.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
• Maintain brand consistency and quality across all social media platforms.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports and growth strategies.
• Manage shoot planning, content approvals, and creative direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and teams.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital marketing trends.
• Experience in content planning, campaign execution, and social media growth strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
