As we expand our operations and client network, we are looking for an ambitious and market-aware

Business Development Manager (BDM) to join us on a partnership basis.

• We are looking for someone who can identify potential clients, build strong business relationships, and bring new projects to Chakras Studio.
• The ideal candidate should understand the market, identify businesses that need marketing or creative services, and confidently introduce our solutions to potential clients.
• This is an excellent opportunity for freshers, freelancers, and experienced professionals who want to grow in business development and work with a growing creative agency.

• Identify and approach potential clients through market research, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
• Generate qualified leads from industries such as real estate, hospitality, restaurants, healthcare, education, fashion, retail, and product-based businesses.
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable marketing and creative solutions.
• Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and assist in converting leads into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the internal creative team to ensure client requirements are communicated properly.
• Stay updated with marketing trends, competitor offerings, and local business opportunities.
• Explore new markets, identify potential partnerships, and contribute to the growth of Chakras Studio.
• Maintain regular updates on leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
  

• Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
• Experienced BDMs, sales professionals, freelancers, and business development consultants.
• Candidates with knowledge of digital marketing, branding, advertising, or creative production.
• Individuals who understand the local business market and can identify genuine opportunities.

Freshers are welcome, but a basic understanding of sales, marketing, and client communication is preferred.

• This is a performance-based partnership opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.
