This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. They will drive HR strategies, ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws, and work to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role will require collaborating with various teams to align HR initiatives with the companys goals and values.

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes
• Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace environment
• Skills in training program development, professional development, and organizational development
• Ability to manage performance evaluations, coach teams, and develop employee success initiatives
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and company policy implementation
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR software and tools; familiarity with HR analytics is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or HR certification is preferred
