Role Description The Client Solutions Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for understanding client business needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, tracking project progress, and preparing reports on performance and outcomes. The specialist will handle sales conversations, support financial discussions related to pricing and budgets, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. This role also involves responding to client inquiries, addressing issues promptly, and building long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused mindset, with demonstrable skills in Customer Satisfaction and customer service.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and support deal closure.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Finance concepts relevant to pricing, budgeting, and revenue tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and data entry for client records.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in brand promotion, marketing services, or client-facing roles will be considered an advantage.
