JR. Executive Operations Internship In Navi Mumbai, Vashi, Belapur, Panvel, Kharghar

Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Coordinate and execute maritime services (audits, inspections, VDR, supercargo, training, etc.)
• Plan assignments, evaluate requirements, and deploy suitable consultants
• Manage client, agent, and consultant communication throughout the assignment lifecycle
• Handle documentation, compliance, visa, and travel logistics
• Monitor ongoing assignments, track updates, and resolve operational issues
• Ensure timely report submission, quality checks, and assignment closure
• Coordinate invoicing, reimbursements, and internal approvals
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data
• Support process improvement and SOP compliance
• Assist in business development, client engagement, and marketing initiatives
• Contribute to lead generation, follow-ups, and sales support activities
