About the Role

Charter Global is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to support our content marketing initiatives across technology services, digital transformation, AI, cloud solutions, and talent solutions.

Reporting to the B2B Content Strategist, this role will focus on content creation, digital marketing support, social media management, content publishing, and research activities that strengthen Charter Globals brand presence and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Marketing

• Create engaging content including blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, website copy, email campaigns, social media content, and marketing collateral.
• Translate complex technology topics into compelling, business-focused content.
• Research industry trends, client challenges, competitors, and emerging technologies to support content development.
• Interview subject matter experts and business leaders to gather insights for content creation.
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

Digital Marketing Support

• Publish and maintain content across websites, blogs, email marketing platforms, and social media channels.
• Support SEO initiatives through keyword research and content optimization.
• Assist with LinkedIn content planning and execution.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content assets.

Sales & Marketing Collateral

• Develop presentations, one-pagers, brochures, solution briefs, case studies, and customer-facing collateral.
• Support webinars, campaigns, events, and lead-generation initiatives through content creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and design resources to develop engaging marketing assets.

Performance & Collaboration

• Track content performance metrics and assist in preparing reports and recommendations.
• Work closely with sales, recruiting, delivery, operations, and leadership teams.
• Ensure all content aligns with Charter Globals brand standards and strategic messaging.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, journalism, marketing communications, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Experience creating B2B content preferred.
• Experience in IT services, technology, SaaS, consulting, staffing, or professional services is highly desirable.

Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong storytelling, editing, proofreading, and research abilities.
• Understanding of content marketing best practices and SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with LinkedIn, content management systems (WordPress preferred), and content publishing tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across teams.

Preferred

• Background in English Literature or Journalism.
• Experience supporting B2B technology or IT services organizations.
• Portfolio showcasing blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, or other published content.
