Customer Service Representative, Lending

What role you will play in team: You will be the first point of contact for our customers regarding their loan inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

What you will do: You will handle customer calls, emails, and other communications, resolving their issues efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibility:

• Handle customer inquiries regarding loan applications, payments, and account information.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in customer service (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations (preferred).
