Role at a glance

Join ChatSyncs and help customers get the best out of our SaaS platform. Learn the product end-to-end while working across customer support, demos, documentation, AI tools, and automation.

What you will do

• Help customers with queries, setup, troubleshooting, and onboarding.
• Conduct product demos and explain features and use cases.
• Create and update help docs, FAQs, and API documentation.
• Use AI tools responsibly and explore ways to automate repetitive tasks.
• Research competitors, share customer feedback, and suggest product improvements.
• Take ownership of tasks and ask for help when needed.

What we are looking for

• Good English communication and comfort with customer calls/video meetings.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, SaaS, and technology.
• Willingness to learn new tools, solve problems, and work independently.
• Responsibility, collaboration, and follow-through. Prior experience is a plus, not a requirement.
