Associate Team Leader, Finance & Accounting (F&A)

In addition to your individual contribution, you will play a key role as a reviewer. This will involve guiding and developing a high-performing team of Staff Accountants and Senior Accountants. Ensuring that the team delivers prompt and high-quality service, meeting all timelines, will be essential. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in India/APAC and the US to develop and establish processes, streamline and automate repetitive accounting processes, enhance controls, and simplify procedures. Creating a cohesive work environment that promotes healthy competition, compliance, integrity, and operational improvement will also be part of your role.

To qualify for this position, you should have at least 9 years of relevant experience with a strong foundation in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial procedures. Experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Business Central is preferred. Prior experience with US-based accounting processes and familiarity with APAC accounting and US GAAP will be advantageous. Additionally, having a high emotional quotient, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail is essential. Experience working with cross-functional teams and multitasking several clients/projects, willingness to work in rotational shifts, and a proactive attitude towards challenges and continuous improvement are also required for this role.,
