Chartered Accountant - BFSI

:

• Provide leadership, direction and management for the finance and accounting team.
• Establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
• Look after financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, documentation related to fund management, accounting systems, Compliances, risks and deficiencies.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in adherence to accounting standards and standards of corporate governance.
• Forecast long term and short term financial needs of the Company based on business plan and projects on hand.
• Arrangement of working Capital, term loans, and structured products for funds and non funds based limits including LC's, FLC's, Standby Letter of Credits and BG's.
• Develop organizational prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; analyze organization operations; identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and systems enhancement.
• Support the Management in documentation Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
• Corporate Governance as per applicable laws in respect of financial discipline and ethics along with adherence of Corporate policies and procedures.
• Establishing and maintaining proper internal controls along the Organization.
• Provide the management with inputs on Profit and Loss.
• Management MIS & Reporting - Prepare reliable MIS and reports to the Management on a day to day basis as per their requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to all the deadlines of filing the returns and ensuring all Compliances in line with the deadlines.
• Assist for Company Secretarial functions and process management for ensuring Forex Trading.
