Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Director - North America to lead the Human Resources function for the organizations North American operations. The role will be responsible for developing and executing the regional HR strategy aligned with business objectives, while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive talent, culture, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the North America HR strategy aligned with the organizations business and growth objectives.
• Partner with the CEO, business leaders, and global HR leadership on workforce planning, organization design, talent strategy, and people priorities.
• Lead the complete employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, retention, and offboarding.
• Build and execute strategies for talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee programs.
• Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, diversity & inclusion, and change management initiatives across the region.
• Provide strategic guidance on compensation, benefits, rewards, and employee recognition in line with North American market practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable US employment laws, federal and state regulations, and HR policies.
• Partner with legal and business teams on employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and employment-related risks.
• Lead HR support for organizational transformation, restructuring, acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic business initiatives.
• Establish and monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and continuously improve HR policies, processes, systems, and governance for the North American business.
• Build strong relationships with employees and leadership while acting as a trusted advisor on people and organizational matters.
• Lead and mentor the regional HR team and ensure effective collaboration with the global HR organization.
