Role Description

This is a on-site internship role for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of educational programs. Additionally, the Program Manager will contribute to program development, implement strategies, and evaluate program effectiveness.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in managing educational programs or projects
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of online learning platforms and technologies
• Familiarity with instructional design principles
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Business, or related field
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus

Additional

• A strong understanding of Excel or Google Sheets will be considered an advantage for candidates
• The candidate should possess strong communication(both writing and spoken) skills and be fluent in English
• Candidates willing to work on-site or in a hybrid model are preferred
• Travel, food, and accommodation will be taken care of by CipherSchools in case of any physical visit to the officeduring the internship period.
• While prior experience in operations management is not mandatory, candidates with some exposure to the Ops space will have an added advantage in this role
• Stipend: Rs. 18000-22000/month.
• The internship comes with PPO/Full-time offer.
