QA Engineer

Ǫualifications:

• 5+ years of manual and automated ǪA experience required
• Experience with Playwright Page Object Model (POM) frameworks is required
• Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:
• Testing Native Windows/Mac/Linux applications and installers
• Testing Microsoft 365 Graph API integrations
• Testing MSP/IT/cybersecurity-focused products (ex: network devices, security tools, RMMs, etc.)
• Validating REST APIs, backend data flows, and integration workflows
• Experience working with Agile/Kanban delivery models preferred
• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools and automation workflows preferred

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute test suites
• Participate in agile ceremonies to help the team understand the impact of ǪA efforts on planned work
• Maintain existing automated test suites
• Generate automated tests to provide coverage for new features and improve coverage of existing features
• Participate in monthly manual regression tests
• Suggest improvements to current ǪA team tools and processes
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve test creation, automation efficiency, and QA productivity

Good to have:

• Experience with AWS CodeBuild, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon S3, and Amazon CloudWatch for testing and validating cloud-based applications and serverless workflows.
• Experience with SQL/database validation and debugging is a plus
