Healthcare Consultant - II_Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and be proficient in using JIRA and Confluence. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively remove roadblocks and ensure the smooth progress of projects. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. Use JIRA and Confluence to manage and track project progress. Identify and remove impediments that hinder the teams progress. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Work closely with product owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized. Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices. Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to stakeholders. Continuously seek ways to improve team productivity and efficiency. Mandatory Skills: Scrum/Agile: Extensive experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. JIRA: Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking. Confluence: Experience with Confluence for documentation and collaboration. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.
