Lead Engineer - II_Sales

• 5–7 years of experience in bid management, proposal management, presales, sales support, or pursuit coordination within IT, consulting, healthcare technology, or professional services. • Hands-on experience managing RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, proactive proposals, presentations, and due-diligence responses from kickoff through submission. • Strong proposal planning, compliance-matrix creation, content coordination, review management, version control, and submission-governance skills. • Ability to convert client requirements into clear response structures, storyboards, workplans, ownership matrices, and executive-ready content. • Excellent business writing, editing, presentation, stakeholder coordination, analytical, and time-management skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; working knowledge of CRM, collaboration, and proposal-repository tools. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits, tight timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations with strong attention to detail. • Exposure to Shipley or APMP-aligned bid practices and formal proposal review cycles. • Experience in healthcare, HealthTech, Life Sciences, or regulated-industry proposals will be plus. • Working knowledge of AI-enabled content search, proposal automation, reusable-content libraries, and editorial-quality checks. • Experience supporting global pursuits across North America, Europe, Middle East & APAC. • Manage assigned pursuits end to end, including intake, qualification support, kickoff, schedule, content plan, reviews, approvals, production, and submission. • Create compliance matrices, response outlines, action trackers, RACI, review calendars, and daily status reporting for pursuit teams. • Coordinate sales, solution, delivery, domain, finance, legal, security, quality, HR, marketing, and design contributors to secure timely inputs. • Draft and edit proposal sections, executive summaries, capability narratives, case studies, resumes, and presentations for clarity, consistency, and client relevance. • Run structured review cycles, consolidate feedback, track closure, and maintain version control and a single source of truth. • Validate submission completeness, formatting, references, file naming, portal requirements, and final approvals before release. • Maintain reusable content, templates, credentials, lessons learned, and proposal metrics; contribute to continuous process improvement. • Identify schedule, content, compliance, and dependency risks early and escalate with practical recovery actions. • On-time, compliant, and high-quality submissions with clear ownership and minimal last-minute rework. • Consistent proposal structures, messaging, editorial quality, and adherence to bid governance. • Improved reuse of approved content, case studies, templates, and lessons learned. • Reliable stakeholder coordination, transparent status reporting, and timely escalation of risks.
