Sr Lead Engineer - II_Automation Anywhere (AA)

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath and Automation Anywhere for healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation workflows using UiPath Studio and Automation Anywhere, including sequences, flowcharts, and state machines. • Implement automations for EHR systems integration (e.g., Epic, Cerner) via APIs, HL7/FHIR, or UI automation. • Collaborate with business analysts, healthcare domain experts, and IT teams to gather and validate automation requirements. • Optimize workflows using RPA best practices, including exception handling and performance tuning. • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth bot execution. • Deploy and manage bots using UiPath Orchestrator and Automation Anywhere Control Room, including scheduling, queues, and assets. • Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA) and internal governance frameworks. • Perform code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers. • Maintain and optimize existing automation scripts and workflows. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including SDDs, runbooks, release artifacts, and user guides. • Support UAT, defect resolution, and production transition activities. • Monitor bot performance, implement enhancements, and ensure operational stability. Skills Required • Experience: 5+ years in RPA development with hands-on expertise in UiPath and Automation Anywhere. • Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of RCM processes (patient access, eligibility, claims, billing, denial management) and Epic EHR integration. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Automation Anywhere Control Room. • Experience with Epic EHR integration (APIs, HL7, FHIR, or UI automation). • Strong programming skills in .NET/C#, VB.NET, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python preferred). • Knowledge of SQL databases, API integrations, and web services. • Compliance & Security: Understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare data security. • Development Practices: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, and RPA best practices. • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
