Sr Software Engineer_DB Testing

Requirement: 3-5 years of experience in Report Testing in Tableau/ThoughtSpot/Power BI. Have good understanding of OLAP systems and the Analytical Database. Proficient in writing and understanding Complex SQL Queries using Advanced SQL concepts. Have worked with SQL Server, DB2 or any relational DB. Have worked on ELT tool like DBT and Cloud experience with Snowflake or Databricks Experience with Developing and executing Test Plans and Test cases and writing bugs. Have good understanding with verifying the data Completeness, correctness and consistency through data profiling and business rule analysis. Have good communication skills to communicate the issues. Proactively part of debugging and coming up with the root cause analysis of the bug. Proficient with usage of Excel or Google sheets. Experience with test management tools like qTest/lambda test and Jira. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes Good to have: Have a good understanding of debugging the Tableau Reports.
