ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for an HR Manager to support the people function — across hiring, compliance, administration, and employee relations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can operate as a strong individual contributor, working directly with and reporting to the management/Founder. Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

• ● Support end-to-end recruitment across corporate, tech, and warehouse roles
• ● Build and maintain sourcing pipelines; coordinate with consultants and staffing agencies
• ● Support hiring frameworks, coordinate offer negotiation, and manage onboarding execution

Learning, Development & Training

• ● Support L&D plans for corporate and warehouse teams
• ● Coordinate mandatory training calendars — fire safety, first aid, PPE, POSH, equipment handling
• ● Track regulatory-mandated certifications and flag renewals before they lapse

Payroll & Compensation

● Support accurate, on-time payroll for all employees, including contract and warehouse workforce

● Handle FnF settlements, increments, and TDS coordination with finance

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

• ● Corporate: PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH, Labour Welfare Fund
• ● Warehouse: Fire NOC, medical fitness, PPE enforcement, accident reporting, contractor compliance
• ● Maintain the compliance calendar and liaise with labour departments, keeping management informed

Legal & Employee Relations

• ● Support drafting and enforcement of HR policies — employment agreements, NDAs, asset and data policies
• ● Support absconding cases end-to-end: legal notices, asset recovery, FIR coordination
• ● Assist with terminations, PIPs, show-cause notices, and labour court matters

Exit Management

● Support the full exit lifecycle — asset recovery, access revocation, FnF, exit interviews

● Track attrition trends and prepare quarterly insights for leadership

Performance Management

● Administer the PMS cycle — KRAs, review cycles, ratings, PIP process

● Support tying outcomes to increments, promotions, and recognition programs

Administration & Facilities

● Support office space management — housekeeping, security, AMCs, pantry, seating

● Assist with landlord/building liaison, lease documentation, and office insurance

Vendor Management

● Coordinate HR and admin vendors — staffing, BGV, payroll, HRMS, compliance, legal

● Support contract negotiation, SLA tracking, and periodic performance reviews

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• ● 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to a mixed corporate + warehouse workforce
• ● Preferable: prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing
• ● Hands-on experience executing HR processes and policies
• ● Working knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance
• ● Hands-on with payroll, admin, and facilities — not just oversight
• ● Good vendor coordination skills and strong written communication
• ● Execution mindset — comfortable operating within structure and taking ownership of your piece of it
