Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth company, market, and background research across Engineering, Healthcare, and Finance domains. This role requires strong research and analytical skills, proficiency in exploiting AI tools and the ability to produce accurate, well-structured business content. The Research Associate will support internal teams by delivering actionable insights that contribute to business growth and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive company, industry and market research across Engineering, Healthcare and Finance domains.
• Perform business investigative research on potential organizations, companies, client and related industry stakeholders.
• Gather, verify, and analyze information from reliable online sources, databases, and public records.
• Review and summarize research findings into concise reports, articles and presentations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Utilize AI tools conducting research libraries on AI Tools.
• Review, edit, and humanize AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and a natural tone.
• Draft professional emails, research summaries, and business communications.
• Maintain organized research databases, documentation, and records.
• Collaborate with Business Development and other internal teams by providing research-backed insights and recommendations.
• Ensure all research outputs are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with internal business objectives.
• Continuously stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices across the assigned domains.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should possess a minimum Bachelors degree relevant to the domain they will support.

• Engineering: B.E., B.Tech., or related Engineering disciplines.
• Healthcare: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Nursing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or related fields.
• Finance: B.Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, Economics, MBA (Finance), or related disciplines.
