Business Development Manager Fintech Sector

Your Role Will Include:

• Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in key verticals such as retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and financial services
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet ambitious growth targets
• Building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
• 
  Collaborating with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with customer needs
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

We re Looking For:

• 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services preferred)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong network in the UAE or GCC market is a big plus
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
