Data Privacy Manager

The Data Privacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing and strengthening the organization s data privacy and protection framework within the banking and financial services sector. This role involves leading privacy risk assessments, developing internal privacy regulations and policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and industry standards. The manager will also create dashboards and reports to monitor privacy metrics, highlight risks, and support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data privacy risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal data privacy policies, standards, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with regional and international data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, DIFC, ADGM, local banking regulations).
• Design and maintain dashboards to monitor privacy performance, incidents, and key risk indicators.
