We are looking for an execution-focused AI-Native Product Builder to rapidly transform ideas, business problems, and user needs into functional digital products and MVPs. This role sits at the intersection of product development, AI-assisted software development, prototyping, automation, and user experience.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building rather than simply planning. You will use modern AI development tools, low-code/no-code platforms, and your technical understanding to prototype, test, validate, and iterate products quickly with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Convert business problems, user needs, and product ideas into functional MVPs and prototypes.
• Rapidly design, build, test, and iterate digital products using AI-assisted development tools.
• Use platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Windsurf, Bolt.new, and similar AI tools to accelerate development.
• Build intuitive and functional user interfaces focused on usability and user experience.
• Develop basic backend logic, workflows, databases, APIs, authentication, automations, and integrations.
• Use no-code, low-code, and AI-powered development platforms wherever appropriate.
• Validate product assumptions through rapid experimentation, user testing, feedback, and iteration.
• Work directly with founders, product stakeholders, designers, and users to translate ideas into working solutions.
• Identify technical and product risks early and experiment with alternative approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionise successful prototypes with appropriate scalability, security, performance, and deployment practices.
• Document key product flows, technical approaches, AI workflows, and implementation decisions where required.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and development methodologies that can improve speed and product quality.
• Contribute to a culture of rapid experimentation, learning, ownership, and continuous product improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in product development, software development, AI-assisted development, startup product building, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping digital products, MVPs, or prototypes from scratch.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered development and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Windsurf, or Bolt.new.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and modern AI coding workflows is an advantage.

• Comfortable using no-code/low-code platforms to rapidly validate product concepts.
• Working understanding of databases, APIs, backend workflows, authentication, integrations, and automation.
• Ability to build functional applications independently without relying on extensive engineering support.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, deployment processes, version control, and modern software development practices is an advantage.
• Strong product thinking with excellent user empathy and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership, accountability, and a strong bias toward execution.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and startup-oriented environments.
• Curious and proactive about experimenting with emerging AI technologies and development tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
