  • Review tender and procurement documents and coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial submissions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, defence organisations, government stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Coordinate DGFT and relevant import-export licences, authorisations, and approvals for defence and aerospace products.
  • Manage EXIM compliance requirements for restricted, controlled, and dual-use goods.
  • Coordinate with DGFT, Customs, Ministry of Defence, and other regulatory authorities for required approvals and clearances.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), SCOMET, export-control, and customs requirements.
  • Monitor licence validity, utilisation, renewals, and associated regulatory documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain import-export and regulatory documentation.
  • Track licensing, approval, and compliance timelines to ensure timely completion of regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and regulatory assessments related to EXIM operations.
  • Coordinate with international OEMs, suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders on trade and procurement requirements.
  • Support government procurement, defence acquisition, and related commercial processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of licences, approvals, submissions, correspondence, and compliance activities.
  • Identify potential regulatory or commercial risks and escalate issues appropriately.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong business development and commercial awareness with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex regulatory documentation and timelines.
