Junior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Support the strategic development of cash management products across the GCC and international markets.
Assist in launching new products and optimizing existing solutions to drive volumes, liabilities, and revenue growth.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product design and commercial strategies.
Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, compliance, and technology to ensure effective delivery.
Help develop business requirements documents and support system enhancements during development.
Participate in go-to-market planning, internal product training, and post-launch performance tracking.
Contribute to the identification of fintech partnerships, digital integrations, and new distribution channels.
Maintain documentation and support governance compliance in line with internal risk frameworks.
Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing product improvement, digitization, and client experience optimization.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within cash management or transaction banking.

Familiarity with payments, liquidity, and collections products in the corporate banking environment.
Experience working across agile teams with exposure to product development cycles and UAT.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess product performance.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments and present product insights.
Comfortable working in a regulated environment with attention to compliance, documentation, and controls.
