Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a motivated Human Resource Executive who will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of creating a positive work culture aligned with the institutes mission.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and handle documentation related to hiring, attendance, and leaves.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Organize employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and team-building initiatives.
• Assist in performance reviews and coordinate with department heads for HR support.
• Handle grievances and ensure a smooth communication channel between staff and management.
• Coordinate training and development sessions for internal teams.
• Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 13 years of HR experience (preferably in an educational or training institute).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
