Coforge - Functional Consultant/Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant/Lead with strong expertise in gathering business requirements, solution design, configuration, implementation, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and fitment assessments.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), business process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration activities.
- Support end-to-end implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Provide user training and create functional documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business users, project managers, and technical teams.
- Ensure best practices, compliance, and governance are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.
Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, Field Service modules).
- Expertise in business process mapping and requirement gathering.
- Experience in workflow configuration, security roles, dashboards, reports, and business rules.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 integrations with Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, and third-party applications.
- Understanding of data migration, data management, and system testing.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
