Job Title: Control-M Administrator and Scheduler

Should have 6+ years of experience with Administration and Maintenance of BMC Control-M environment

• Key Responsibilities – list what the person will be doing on a day-to-day basis
  

Should have 6+ years of experience with Administration and Maintenance of BMC Control-M environment
Should be able to perform installation of all BMC Control-M components (EM, CTM, Agent etc.)
Should be able to perform in-place upgrade and migration and patching (EM, CTM, Agent etc..)
Have strong knowledge on troubleshooting issues related to Control-M
Have strong knowledge on Control-M Scheduling
Experience with Control-M Managed File Transfer module
Understand business requirements and prepare design in terms of Control-M and Schedule jobs
Should have strong knowledge on Shell scripting
Should have Basic Linux administrator knowledge and Basic Perl scripting
Should be able to perform Disaster Recovery activities
Have strong knowledge on SDLC processes
Have ticketing tools knowledge like ServiceNow, JIRA
Responsible for the delivery of the team.
Should be able to train new joiners and junior resources.
Generate reports for auditing and reporting to senior management.
Should be able to address audit related points in terms of Control-M.
Co-ordinate with vendor and other teams in case of any issues.
Have strong communication skills
Knowledge on other tools like IBM Connect Direct is an advantage.
