Operational Excellence Consultant

What role you will play in team: You will work with clients to identify and implement operational improvements, driving efficiency and cost reduction.

What you will do: Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions to improve operational performance.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct process assessments and gap analyses.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans.
• Train client personnel on new processes and methodologies.
• Monitor performance and track progress against goals.

• Develop and deliver presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operational improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
