Regional Language Hiring - Mapping Process

Note : Looking for candidates with Mapping experience and Language expertise (English+Gujarati/Malayalam/Tamil)

Role & responsibilities

• Act as a domain expert for project processes and deliverables.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients across multiple geographies to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and timelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with global teams (English + Gujarati or Tamil or Malayalam)
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities with proven problem-solving skills.
• Logical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
• Maps background is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue resolution.
