Job Description
- As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of software quality and performance. Your primary responsibilities will include developing comprehensive test plans and strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implementing automated testing frameworks using Java. Your expertise in Software Development Engineering, Test Development, and Java will be pivotal in driving quality enhancements and ensuring smooth integration within our hybrid work model.
You will be tasked with analyzing test results and providing actionable insights to improve software quality, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, and conducting thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in test development, oversee the integration of testing tools and methodologies within the development process, and monitor and report on software quality metrics to stakeholders.
Your role will also involve driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness, collaborating with program management teams to align testing objectives with project goals, and leveraging domain knowledge in program management to optimize testing strategies. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of testing processes within the hybrid work model.

To qualify for this position, you should possess strong expertise in Software Development Engineering, Test Development, and Java, demonstrate experience in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks, and exhibit proficiency in analyzing test results and providing actionable insights. You should have a solid understanding of quality standards and best practices in software development, show capability in collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, display knowledge of program management principles to optimize testing strategies, and hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field with relevant industry experience.,
