Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain thorough test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Utilize Java/Python to design and execute automated tests, verifying the functionality and performance of the software.
- Conduct manual testing as needed to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and monitor software defects and irregularities.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to comprehend requirements and offer insights on quality concerns.
- Adhere to established processes and standards while conducting all testing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in creatively testing systems without exhaustive documentation (experience-based testing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of Java/Python for creating automated tests.
- Sound understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like PyTest, Unittest, or similar.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).,
